September 28^th, 29th and 30^th.

Friday the 28^th will be a practice of the 20X stages.  Price on practice to be announced later.

Is there a practice arena?

            There is an outdoor practice arena

Are there covered stalls?

            No there are not.  There are about 400 open air stalls.  Some people brought tarps for their stalls last year.

What are the stall fees?

            $20/night   footing in the stalls consists of sand.

Do we have to buy shavings or can we bring our own?

            You can bring your own, but if you need to buy them each bag is $6.

Are there trailer hook-ups at the Event Center?

            No but there is an RV park less than a mile away at the Avi Casino.

Can I dry camp at the Event Center?

            Yes, and this is FREE.  NO PORTABLE PENS

Can I bring my own pens? 

            NO

Are health papers required?

            Yes.

What are the hotel fees?

            Week day fees are $21/night.  And Weekend (Fri and Sat) are $62/night

MSA has a group discount for all of it’s events at this venue. These discounts are honored only if you book 30 days in advance of the event. Check the website for more info.
